EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

### 1.1. Subject of Explicit Consent

PsycAI processes the content you transmit solely for the duration of the session in order to provide the service, and permanently deletes it at the end of the session. For infrastructure services, the Google Firebase (Google Cloud) – NAM5 (US Central) region is used. Some features operate with artificial intelligence models provided by OpenAI, Inc. (USA). Within this scope:

* Your personal data may be transferred abroad to Firebase (NAM5) (processing of mandatory technical data and session data).

* OpenAI (USA) – Person-Decoupled Session Processing: The content sent to OpenAI models is prepared so that it cannot be associated with an identifiable person. Transmission is made only within the context of a single-use session, and this context cannot be re-associated with a real person in our system. Therefore, in most cases, it is intended not to constitute a transfer of personal data; however, as a precaution against exceptional technical circumstances, your explicit consent is requested.

### 1.2. Explicit Consent Statement

I declare that I have been informed about the following matters and that I give my consent of my own free will, specific and informed:

1. **Session-Limited Processing:** I consent to my messages being processed in encrypted form throughout the session and to their permanent deletion after the session is closed.

2. **Cross-Border Transfer – Firebase (NAM5/USA):** I consent to my data being processed/stored in the Google Firebase (Google LLC/Google Cloud) NAM5 regions as part of the service infrastructure and to its cross-border transfer in this context.

3. **OpenAI (USA) – Person-Decoupled Session Processing:** I consent to anonymized and person-decoupled content being processed by OpenAI models; I acknowledge that I am, as a precaution, giving consent against the risk of personal data in exceptional technical circumstances.

Withdrawal of Consent:** I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time via info@psycai.net; withdrawal is effective prospectively.

Absence of Consent:** Use of the application will not be possible.
